Genemo holds an MA in Counseling and is a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. He has a strong background in psychiatric nursing which allows him to understand complex mental health issues from both medical and psychological viewpoints. Genemo works with clients to foster a robust, supportive therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to identify their strengths and develop effective strategies. Genemo works to build a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings. Genemo enjoys working with individuals over 18. He is multilingual and can support individuals who speak German, Oromo, and Amharic.
