Gabby is a Limited License Social Worker who believes in the power of holistic wellness and consciousness expansion in healing. She is passionate about providing a nurturing therapeutic environment where individuals can explore deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. Gabby received her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University. Her treatment approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrated. Her areas of interest include mindfulness, existentialism, anxiety, grief and trauma, relational issues, shadow work, somatic experiencing, integration-focused psychotherapy, harm reduction therapy, and other personalized techniques to enhance self-awareness, personal growth, and whole-person well-being. Gabby is dedicated to fostering a safe space where clients can effectively process and integrate challenging life circumstances and transitions. She welcomes conversations regarding vivid dreams, mystical experiences, and spiritual frameworks that honor and celebrate individual beliefs.
In her free time, Gabby enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dogs. She particularly enjoys her daily meditation practice and other efforts to connect with nature and unravel the mysteries of the subjective human experience.
