Frank Harper, Masters/LPC

Therapist

Frank Harper has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2009. He has treated children and adults from ages 4 and older for a variety of reasons. He is experienced in treating childhood disorders, depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Substance Use Disorders. He is very passionate about helping people with addictions, and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Some people may take long periods of time to recover while others may benefit greatly from a handful of sessions. Anyone can change their lives and their situations when the right conditions are met, and not everyone needs extensive long-term therapy. It is a huge privilege to help people who are in the worst moments of their lives and see them grow. Frank spends his off time reading, making realistic drawings, and running.
