Eza (pronounced Eee-zuh) is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who has her undergraduate in Sociology and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health. She has
experience in community mental health, crisis counseling, and trauma-informed care. In working with individuals of all ages to include couples and families, she takes an integrative and
subjective approach based on client’s needs.
She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and a relational-cultural approach when it comes to mood, anxiety, and trauma therapy. With warmth, energy, humor, and curiosity, Eza will empower, gently challenge when needed, and consistently support her clients’ growth. Eza believes every story matters and walking alongside clients in their healing journey.
