Ewa (eh-vuh) approaches therapy with the belief that all parts of the human experience deserve to be met with compassion and curiosity. She knows that life often moves in complex, nonlinear ways—sometimes stretching our capacity to cope, connect, or make meaning. In her work, she creates a space where clients can explore these complexities, make contact with their truth, and move toward healing with more ease and self-understanding.
After completing graduate training, Ewa went on to pursue advanced training in Brainspotting, Gestalt Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, a Trauma Certified Professional (TCP), and trained in Imago Relationship Therapy. Ewa enjoys working with both individuals and couples—particularly those seeking to process trauma, explore relational patterns, navigate gender and sexual identity, or repair their relationship to spirituality, especially after harm in religious settings.
Ewa’s style is collaborative, grounded, and affirming. She believes that healing happens in relationship, and she holds the therapeutic space as a co-creative one. She is committed to growing her cultural responsiveness and staying engaged with the social and emotional shifts shaping our world.
Outside of the therapy room, Ewa is a devoted bookworm, yoga lover, and mindfulness practitioner who feels most alive when she’s outside—whether hiking, gardening, or just listening to the wind move through the trees.
