She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan and has specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Erin works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, and life transitions. She values authenticity and sees therapy as a collaborative journey, empowering clients to uncover their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
