Erin Moeller, MSW, LICSW

Therapist

Erin’s primary experience and interest lie in working with individual adults, exploring issues around trauma, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ identity and growth, and major life transitions.
Clients working with Erin can expect a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, client-led approach. Therapy is a unique experience for everyone, and she will work together with each client toward their individual therapeutic goals.
Erin has training in and regularly uses mindfulness and meditation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, crisis intervention and de-escalation, and she works through all of these from a trauma-informed lens.
Erin utilizes a strengths-based, client-centered approach, drawing on creativity and humor as re-framing tools where appropriate. She likes to approach therapy as a whole body experience, drawing on the connections between our mental and physical health. But ultimately, she recognizes each person’s journey to healing will look different, and she honors the client as the expert in their own life and experience.
