Therapist

Emma is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who takes an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple modalities to best meet clients’ needs. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative experience between the therapist and the client. In therapy, the most significant driver of change and healing is the relationship you establish with your therapist. Emma fosters authentic relationships with clients to ensure they feel comfortable and can make meaningful progress toward their goals. Emma also recognizes the power of knowledge and utilizes it to empower her clients whenever possible and appropriate. Emma has experience working with individuals aged 10 to 50. She is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults. She has worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, ADHD, and Autism.

In her free time, Emma enjoys attending sporting events, visiting the dog park with her Pitbull mix named Harley, thrifting, getting tattoos, streaming movies and TV shows, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Emma is also passionate about social justice and advocacy work.
