Emma Armstrong, LMFT-C

Therapist

With a focus on creating a compassionate, trauma-informed, safe, and supportive space for healing and self-discovery, Emma is a warm and down-to-earth therapist who is excited to work with you.

She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families (ages 8 and up) as they navigate the complexities of life, which can include grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from the world around them. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Prepare/Enrich, Attachment Theory, Jungian Theory, holistic practices, mindfulness, and experiential techniques.

Whether you’re working through specific challenges or exploring personal growth, Emma will walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and collaboration. She believes that each person has their own path to healing, and together you’ll discover what resonates most for you. At the heart of her work is the belief that healing and growth happen in relationships—and her hope is that you leave feeling empowered, grounded, and more connected to yourself and those around you.
