Emma (she/they) is a pre-licensed therapist working towards LPCC licensure. As a therapist, she is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space for individuals to heal and grow, utilizing a compassionate and inclusive approach. Emma specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodiverse individuals, as well as those living with chronic pain or disabilities, offering therapy for both adults and children. Emma’s approach is rooted in integrative, culturally sensitive, body-centered, and trauma-informed practices, including Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy, Brainspotting (Level I), Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, and Somatic Therapies.
Emma emphasizes the importance of building a trusting, supportive therapeutic relationship to help clients process and manage intense emotions and navigate life transitions. Emma’s approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, fostering resilience, and healing while exploring both individual and collective experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find Emma cuddling one of her three cats with a good book, hiking, traveling, or baking.
