Emily has worked with a wide array of difficulties including trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction and depression. Emily specializes in working with adults who suffer from PTSD, ADHD, depression and anxiety. She utilizes trauma informed care, strength-based, relational, and client-centered approaches to guide services. Emily is focused on developing a supportive, respectful, and honest relationship with clients to help them move toward growth and personal empowerment.
Emily is known for providing a fun, humorous and relaxing atmosphere. She is easy going and unapologetically authentic. Outside of work you can find Emily walking her dog Frankie, hanging with friends or family, watching hockey, listening to music or dancing around the house.
