Clinical Intern

Emily seeks to create a collaborative and warm environment for you to explore your emotional experiences, even when they might feel overwhelming or unfamiliar. She brings a trauma-focused and humanistic lens to her work and integrates elements of mindfulness and self-compassion to help manage stress, anxiety, and distress. Emily is a masters student at the University of Denver and has also completed trainings with the Gottman institute to facilitate communication and connection between couples and in relationships. Emily works with individual adolescents and adults as well as couples and families and can’t wait to meet you!
