Emily (she/they) is an empathetic and passionate therapist, looking to bring playfulness and connection to her clients. She sees each person as an individual and caters her style to fit the needs of each client. With a Master’s Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy she blends the arts with therapeutic styles like DBT, CBT and Internal Family Systems.
Emily has experience with a wide range of ages and mental health issues. Her passion lies in working with adolescents, older adults, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. As well as those struggling with life transitions, grief, ADHD, depression, anxiety and early stages of dementia.
