Emily has over a decade of experience helping people overcome anxiety and depression and make positive changes in their life. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Texas before moving into independent clinical practice. She specializes in anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and in helping people stop smoking or using alcohol to avoid tough emotions. She employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, guiding them towards holistic healing.
