Emily Guest, MMFT


Emily is passionate about helping others pursue personal growth. She has a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy and is focused on helping individuals work through grief, anxiety, depression, and OCD. She enjoys helping individuals, families and couples adjust to family changes such as divorce, loss, and any other challenges that life might present. Emily has experience with children, teens, adult women, and couples. She has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, adoption, divorce, self-harm/suicidal ideation, eating disorders, addiction and behavioral issues. Emily utilizes techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Grief Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modalities in the care that she provides.
