Emily is a compassionate pre-licensed therapist who believes that we are all on a journey to find meaning and connection in our lives. She works with clients to help them trust their intuition, explore new ways of understanding themselves, and cultivate nurturing relationships that support their well-being. With a warm, down-to-earth approach and a healthy sense of humor, Emily creates a space where clients feel comfortable being authentic and open during their therapeutic journey.
Emily tailors her treatment to the unique needs of each individual, always keeping her clients at the center of their therapeutic work. While she is skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, Emily is particularly drawn to dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma, Crisis Intervention. One of Emily’s greatest joys is helping her clients feel empowered in their decisions, confident in their sense of self, and supported by meaningful relationships. Outside of her therapy practice, Emily enjoys sipping tea or coffee while spending quality time with her husband, children, labradoodle (Winston) always seeking balance between work and life.
