Elisabeth is a compassionate individual whom takes a non-judgmental approach. Clients can expect a warm, calm, and relaxed atmosphere, where they are heard and understood. Elisabeth values the therapeutic relationship and describes her approach as a client- centered, strengths based while helping clients navigate their journey and process, focusing on achievable goals and building upon their strengths.

Elisabeth enjoys supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds. She specializes in working with children/adolescents and their families. Elisabeth has spent much of her career as an educator and school social worker. Elisabeth has special interest and experience in anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and autism spectrum disorders.

Outside of work, you can usually find Elisabeth at a baseball field or a hockey rink cheering on her two kids doing what they love. She also enjoys hiking and exploring this big beautiful world with her family.
