Gayle Daniel, LPC provides a cognitive behavioral modality of therapy while focusing on a person-centered approach in delivery of services. Educating clients in how previous trauma impacts the brain is a specific area of expertise Gayle has obtained after working with clients impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Gayle looks forward to working with clients that desire to learn and implement effective coping skills that will assist them in achieving personal balance in their lives by focusing on six core areas that include self-esteem, self-control, trust, self-care, and setting appropriate boundaries with themselves and others.
