Dr. Virnia Arguelles is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping people understand themselves, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives. She has worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and age groups, providing support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, personality patterns, and life transitions.

Her approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. Dr. Arguelles believes in meeting each person where they are, helping them develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and move toward the goals that matter most to them.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Arguelles has experience supporting athletes and performance-based clients, as well as working on multidisciplinary teams to promote mental health and wellness. Originally trained in Puerto Rico, she is fluent in both English and Spanish and values culturally responsive care.

Above all, Dr. Arguelles strives to create a safe, respectful, and affirming space where clients feel heard and supported.
