Lori’s therapeutic approach is to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental, systems oriented, strengths-based, and client centered environment. Lori believes that most people have the tools to achieve goals, succeed individually, and to resolve personal problems. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence, and/or difficulty managing significant relationships, Lori will help you identify the context in which these problems exist, learn healthier more effective coping techniques, set/accomplish goals for behavioral change, and successfully experience overall emotional growth. Lori earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree/Doctoral Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy/Psychology from Michigan State University (MSU). Lori has over 20 years’ experience working with a diverse client population with a myriad of mental health and relational issues. Therapy can be life changing.
