Dillon likes outside-the-box thinking and outside-the-box people. He has an old school insight-based approach with a strong, psychoanalytic bent. He believes the “talking cure” is full of untapped healing power and strives to create a unique therapy experience to harness it. In session, he values structure, sincerity, and safety above all else. His focus areas include relationships, survivors of trauma or neglect, personality disorders, and people with mild to severe cases of the blahs. Aside from being a therapist, he also loves modern literature, music, being a dad, and reading psychology journals.
