National Director of Complex Family Systems

Deb Link has been licensed in Minnesota for over 15 years and has worked in in-home and outpatient settings providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and adults of most all ages. She is currently Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in both Minnesota and Illinois. Deb specializes in complex family systems, working mostly with court-involved families facing resist/refuse dynamics, mental illness, child abuse allegations, and domestic violence. In addition to her clinical work, Deb is a custody evaluator, coach, parenting coordinator, and mediator trained in forensic interviewing strategies and child-inclusive mediation. Her work has focused on survivors of domestic violence for several years, using a course she created to support survivors who are sharing custody with their perpetrators. Deb also enjoys working with individuals navigating the faith deconstruction process.

When she is not providing direct services to clients, Deb spends time mentoring and training other professionals and developing innovative curriculums to better meet the needs of court-involved families and individuals. As the National Director of Complex Family Systems, Deb spearheads program development for complex family systems at the local and national levels.

Outside of work, Deb enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, binge-worthy TV, trying new recipes, shopping, and digging in the dirt in her garden.
