I’ve been providing individual, couples and family therapy for over 30 years. Navigating life transitions and accepting you as unique is the first step toward successful counseling. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing care for anxiety, depression, relationships, bipolar, ADHD, ASD, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, behavioral concerns, and faith-based struggles. As well as those struggling with business related stressors. My training includes CBT, DBT, mindfulness and ABA therapies. I also offer community presentations on a variety of mental health topics. I have a BA from Calvin, MA from WMU, and MM from Aquinas.
