Danielle Borr, MFT

Therapist

Danielle is a marriage and family therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of daily life in an ever-evolving world. She works with children, teens, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal conflict.

Danielle’s clinical approach incorporates CBT, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques, blended with compassion, authenticity, and an awareness of how culture and identity shape experiences. Danielle strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward growth.

Drawing from her experiences as a military child and spouse, Danielle has a personal understanding of the unique challenges military families face and is passionate about helping them navigate deployments, relocations, career transitions, and family dynamics. Whether building coping skills, exploring patterns, or just making sense of things, her aim is to meet you where you are.
