I am a clinical therapist specializing in behavioral health, family conflict, and relational challenges across childhood and adolescence. I have particular experience supporting young children and adolescents exploring identity and navigating gender-related concerns within family and peer relationships.

am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and EMDR, and I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches to build emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy relationships. I work with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns, and I value collaborative, family-centered care to support lasting change.
