Cynthia draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to create a tailored and effective treatment plan for each young individual. Her approach combines elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns and behaviors, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help manage emotions and interpersonal relationships, and Person-Centered Therapy to foster self-awareness and self-acceptance.
