Cynthia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working under the supervision of Dr. Molly Arnold, LMFT, LPC-S. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Stephen F. Austin State University and earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She specializes in treating issues such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma experienced by victims of domestic violence. Drawing from a blend of Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and DBT, Cynthia prioritizes understanding each client’s unique perspective, using these approaches to build a therapeutic alliance based on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Serving both English and Spanish speaking clients, Cynthia is dedicated to helping clients gain insight into their challenges and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s difficulties, empowering them to create lasting, positive change and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
