Meet Cruz Fox, a Mexican American man and Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (He/Him). Cruz graduated from UTSA in 2020 with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and again in 2024 with his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He pulls from relational cultural theory, person centered therapy, and narrative therapy to help guide his practice. He uses empathy to help clients explore meaning, emotion, connection, and culture. Cruz is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental counseling space, promoting vulnerability and honesty. He is passionate about social advocacy and understanding how people navigate and change systems. Cruz works with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, adjustment, and LGBTQ+ issues.
