Cregyn is passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Cregyn has undergone training focused on the unique life circumstances and hurdles faced by the LGBTQIA2S+ community. She provides a person-centered approach to clients by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help them come to terms with the impact of their world and personal beliefs, as well as the impact these beliefs have on their mental well-being. As a therapist, Cregyn strives to ensure that all clients feel safe to be their unique selves along every step of the way. Cregyn strives to meet clients where they are in their life journey.
Outside of work, Cregyn enjoys spending time outside with her two cats, watching all kinds of movies and TV, and debating the meanings and purpose of life with her partner (and don’t forget the occasional solo dance parties!)
