Courtney brings a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative approach to working with children, adolescents, and young adults. With experience across a variety of clinical settings, she understands the importance of creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building self-awareness, and working toward personal growth.

Courtney believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and uses an integrative style tailored to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and treatment goals. She has experience working with anxiety and stress, depression, family conflicts, PTSD, and coping with grief and loss. Courtney values strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and respect.
