Connie Williams, MSW, LISW-S (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with nearly 40 years of experience in mental health and addiction services. She works with individuals navigating major life transitions, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns.

Connie is committed to fostering an inclusive, recovery-oriented environment and recognizes that humor can be a valuable tool in building connections and trust. Her clinical approach is collaborative, authentic, and transparent, with a focus on each client’s existing strengths. She utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients identify patterns, build effective coping skills, clarify goals, and create meaningful, measurable change. She is especially passionate about supporting women’s issues and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Outside of her professional work, Connie enjoys spending time with her three “fur kids,” her niece and nephew, volunteering at a local animal rescue, and exploring her family’s genealogy.
