I strive to create a safe environment where they can openly discuss their challenges, fears, and aspirations while feeling understood. I provide a therapeutic environment that is safe and non-judgmental that allows them the opportunity to be completely unfiltered and themselves at all times.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, PTSD, self-esteem, interpersonal relations, communication skills, self-advocacy, and behavioral concerns. I use different modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused based therapy (SFBT), brainspotting, and parts and memory while adjusting my treatment emphasis to match capabilities and needs.
