Cleo Zhang, MA

Therapist

There are seasons in life when what once felt familiar no longer does. Therapy cannot remove life’s uncertainties, but it can offer space to understand them with greater curiosity, compassion, and hope. I work with people of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in person centered therapy and thoughtfully integrates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, existential, and expressive arts approaches. As an immigrant and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand how culture, identity, and belonging shape our lives, and I strive to provide trauma informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy in both English and Mandarin.
