Claudia Cardona is a dedicated and compassionate bilingual clinical therapist with a Masters of Social Work degree. Claudia is committed to providing high-quality therapy services to individuals seeking support in their mental health journey. Claudia takes a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy, valuing each client’s unique experiences and perspectives. She creates a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Claudia integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients.

Claudia is dedicated to helping her clients navigate through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief, empowering them to cultivate resilience and lead more fulfilling lives. With her expertise and compassionate approach, Claudia strives to make a positive impact on the well-being of those she serves. She graduated Western Carolina University with her Bachelors of Social Work and obtained her Masters of Social Work from Fordham University in 2019. She has served the Gaston county mental health community for over 4 years by working with community members who have mental/physical health disabilities, social services, outpatient therapist, and school-based therapist. She values a work life balance, when she isn’t working she is spending time with her infant son, 3 dogs, family, and exploring new restaurants.
