Claire Oglander, LCSW


Claire Oglander is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience working with individuals and groups. She works with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger and women’s issues. She helps her clients untangle poor habits while reteaching healthy coping skills. She helps identify and address the root cause of the problem. She takes a cognitive approach along with mindfulness skills.

She uses evidence-based therapeutic tools and methods. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thinking patterns and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help with mindfulness and distress tolerance. She leaves her clients with coping skills they can utilize while in therapy and beyond. In her experience, success is about moving forward and having a sense of agency and feeling like you have the ability and skills to tackle life’s problems.

Claire enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.
