Cindy is a nationally board certified LPC with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Cindy’s approach is grounded in building resilience to help you face your struggles and adversities with courage, strength, and wisdom. She works with her clients to cultivate connection, flexibility, perseverance, self regulation, positivity, and self-care to harness the resilience that each of us carries within us. Cindy has an eclectic therapy approach as each person is unique, but mainly pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She spent most of her career working with autistic and neurodiverse individuals and their family members. She embodies a family systems and holistic approach. When Cindy is not in the office she is spending time with her husband and four children. Cindy and her husband have a love for music and enjoy supporting singer/songwriter bands.
