Hi, I’m Ciley! I’m deeply passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life’s transitions, identity development, and the challenges that come with growing into who they are meant to be. Whether it’s learning to adjust to a new setting, managing anxiety or depression, building self-esteem, or navigating relationships, I aim to provide a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
In addition to my work with teens and young adults, I also enjoy working with children, adults, and couples throughout the lifespan. I have Gottman Level 1 training in couples therapy and am certified in the SYMBIS Assessment for premarital counseling, which help couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build lasting relationships.
My counseling style is eclectic and relational, drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe growth happens in genuine, collaborative relationships where clients feel both supported and challenged.
For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based Christian counseling, integrating spiritual values into therapy in a way that honors each person’s beliefs and experiences.
Before entering private practice, I worked in both nonprofit and faith-based private practice settings, providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds. These experiences shaped my heart for accessibility, authenticity, and holistic care.
