Ciarra Fuller, LCSW

Therapist

Ciarra is a licensed clinical social worker who thrives on helping teens and young adults (ages 15–50) feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your unique strengths. Ciarra uses a blend of client-centered, Adlerian-based therapy, as well as tools from CBT and DBT to help you navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and whatever else life throws your way. She believes therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be your full self and where progress feels both possible and personal.

Ciarra was drawn to social work because of its deep commitment to individuality, compassion, and client autonomy. She is especially passionate about working with clients in person and loves building real human connection through face-to-face sessions.

When she’s not in the therapy room, you might find her cruising around in her fully restored 1968 Ford Mustang—her pride and joy! She brings a down-to-earth energy, humor, and a lot of heart into the work she does with every client.
