Christine Petersen, Master of Arts in Community Counseling

Therapist

My name is Christine, I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall well-being. I specialize in parenting issues, grief and loss, ADHD, depression, trauma, anxiety, LBGTQ+, and navigating difficult life transitions. Certain life events can be quite overwhelming, such as marriage, a move, a new job, divorce, blending families, etc. I can help you develop coping mechanisms, cognitive restructuring, problem-solving, and ways to embrace change. I believe everyone can heal, grow, and make meaningful life changes with the right support.

I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and an open mind, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves. Whether you’re facing specific struggles or seeking personal growth, I’m here to help guide you toward the positive change you want, using evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater self-understanding and emotional resilience.
