Christina is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Kansas and Licensed Generalist Social Worker (LGSW) in Minnesota. Christina enjoys working with individuals of all ages. She has extensive experience working with children who may have Autism, Anxiety, Depression and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity. She has experience working with individuals who have experienced Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), young adults navigating the world after moving out from their family system home, and individuals navigating changes in their life. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for her clients. She uses a variety of approaches that combine evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused strategies. She works hard to tailor her methods to fit her clients needs, ensuring that your sessions are engaging and effective.

Her passion for this work stems from a lifelong commitment to helping people thrive by recognizing their strengths and empowering them to overcome challenges. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with family, boating, exploring communities and being a lifelong learner.
