Chloe Brostrom, LGSW


Chloe is a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about fostering growth from a place of acceptance and self-love. She values a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy that encourages individuals to embrace their intersectional identity. Chloe recognizes the importance of self-awareness when navigating mental health. She will encourage individuals to not only talk about their experiences and goals, but courageously and actively embody the traits they wish to develop. Chloe has experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and providing community-based case management.

Outside of work Chloe enjoys playing with her miniature lop rabbit Storm and chocolate labrador Winnie. She also enjoys traveling. Some of her favorite destinations include Costa Rica, Greece, and the Dominican Republic.
