Life can be difficult when combating feelings of anxiety, depression and past trauma. Navigating these feelings alone can feel isolating and cause you to feel “stuck” and “overwhelmed”.
I utilize a client-centered approach by meeting clients where they are at. I am committed to fostering authenticity, vulnerability, humor, trust and connection when building relationships. I believe collaboration is key in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique situations. I have helped a variety of individuals experiencing situations of anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and navigating challenging life changes. I utilize a variety of therapies such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solutions Focused and Motivational Interviewing.
My goal is to help individuals reach their own potential and healing by providing tools and resources to support them throughout their journey.
