Chelsie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals in a variety of settings. She has a clinical background working with diverse mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, add/adhd, bipolar disorder, defiance and substance abuse issue. Chelsie is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in providing psycho-social intervention that aims to reduce symptoms of various mental health conditions, primarily depression and anxiety disorders. In her free time, Chelsie enjoys practicing self-care, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Chelsie has her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is working on completing a Ph.D. program in Couples, Marital and Family Counseling at Barry University.
