Charlese is an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) and sees adults and adolescents for various concerns such as life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues related to work/school performance. One of the driving forces that led Charlese to become a counselor is her heart for adolescents and adults. Providing a safe, and inviting space for clients to verbalize their emotions, process their traumas/hardships, and begin to heal from any pain they are experiencing in life is the foundation for her therapeutic approach. Charlese utilizes various therapeutic models in therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solutions focused therapy to empower clients to reach their goals.
