I work with individuals facing both acute and long-term mental health challenges, helping them improve their outlook and find balance. By raising awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and maladaptive coping, I support healthier responses like mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-care. I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing to guide clients through their struggles. I aim to meet clients where they are, helping them gain new perspectives and grow through the therapeutic process. Outside of work, I enjoy family activities, health, animals, travel, classic cars, and music.
