As a child of immigrant parents and a first-generation college graduate in my family, I can understand the frustration and difficulties in moving forward relating to personal and professional development. I am bilingual in both Spanish and English to help guide individuals in their treatment process. Alongside my therapeutic approach of person centered, and mindfulness, I incorporate CBT, DBT, ACT, and play therapy with younger clients. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and gender identity exploration. With experience working with diverse populations, including first-generation Hispanic college students, newcomers, and the Hispanic LGBTQIA2+ community, I understand the unique cultural and identity-related struggles that impact mental well-being. When I am not in my therapist role, I enjoy listening to Kpop, and playing with my Guinea pig Kookie.
