Cathy knows how much courage it takes to pick up the phone and ask for help and has made it her mission to make sure everyone who seeks help has the opportunity to receive the support they need. At some point in our lives, we all have “life happen” and need that little extra help and her commitment is to make sure it is available and attainable for all. With more than 30 years of experience in brand marketing for large franchise organizations, she knows how important customer service is and how vital it is to treat all customers (clients, providers, franchisees, colleagues) with the care and respect that they deserve. Cathy has spent the last 4+ years managing a large Client Access Team for a national mental health organization and now brings her franchising, focus on customer service, and mental health experience to Ellie.
