Cass Cantu recently graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Mental Health Counseling. Cass is aiming to help young people (age 14-25) create a safe space to learn about themselves. Throughout graduate school, she gained clinical experience with children and adolescents, including their families in the process of growth. In her work, she emphasizes the importance of positive relationships, personal pursuits, and creating meaning in our lives. It was only through her own experiences in therapy that she was able to recognize the capabilities she held within; today, she wishes to help others find this insight by being an empowering and kind therapist. Cass also wants to provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals within her therapy services.
