Carrol Martin is a Resident in Counseling working toward earning her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential. She has spent the past 10 years working with children in a variety of settings, always guided by a deep passion for supporting their growth and well-being.
Carrol believes that helping children find the words to express their feelings is a vital step toward healing and self-understanding. She takes a client-centered, strength-based approach, incorporating elements of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to nurture resilience and promote emotional well-being in each child she serves.
When Carrol is not in session she enjoys spending time with her family and puppy named Gus Gus! She also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts 🙂
