Therapist

Caroline approaches therapy through a humanistic anti-oppressive lens, with a focus on how systems and relationships impact our everyday functioning. She specializes in concerns related to trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. She has previous experience working with individuals impacted by carceral systems. She values respect, empathy, and compassion, and enjoys building on clients’ existing strengths and interests to help them develop skills to better advocate for themselves. Trained in EMDR, she helps clients integrate and process traumatic experiences to improve daily functioning. Additionally, as an advocate for social and racial justice, she enjoys incorporating principles of harm reduction and transformative justice in her practice.
